Morning and afternoon game viewing inside the Park. Search for wild game black manned lion for which Mara is famous for, cheetah, buffalo, wildebeest, zebra, and leopard, grants gazelle are quite common, even the rare rhino might come out of the thicket for you, hyenas are plentiful.
Extend your drive to the hippo point as well as the crocodiles sunbathe on the river banks mouths agape. After our picnic lunch there is an optional of visit to the Maasai villages. Later in the afternoon retire to the lodge/campsite for hot shower dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Maasai Mara-Lake Nakuru National Park
Early morning (before breakfast) game viewing drive at Maasai Mara in search of any wild game you might have missed previously. Return to lodge for breakfast and afterwards depart for Lake Nakuru arriving for hot lunch at a designated accommodation. Lake Nakuru is referred as pink lake for it's thousands of pink flamingos and other bird life-it's a bird watchers paradise. It has a surprisingly number of animals, it is a rhino sanctuary and the "Big Five" except the elephant can be seen here, afternoon game drive. Later in the evening return to the lodge/campsite for hot shower, dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru.
Day 6: Lake Nakuru- Mombasa
Early Morning game drive, breakfast and depart for Nairobi arriving at around 1200 hours at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, fly to Mombasa and upon your arrival you will meet our representative. You will be transferred to the designated hotel or lodge in Mombasa for hot shower, dinner and overnight.
Day 7 - 8: Mombasa
Full day at leisure or enjoying optional beach activities, cultural walking to the Swahil streets, visiting the Fort Jesus and even a day trip to Malindi and Lamu Islets. All activities will be accompanied by your tour guide and dinner, overnight will be spent at hotel or lodge in Mombasa city.
Day 9: Nairobi-Fly out
In the morning you will have your breakfast at the hotel or lodge and start preparation to fly to Nairobi after lunch. Your tour guide will transfer you to the airport by afternoon and upon arriving to Jomo Kenyatta or Wilson airport you will meet our representative who will take you to Nairobi. You will spent sometime to go around the Nairobi city before having hot dinner at the designated restaurant in Nairobi. Later in the evening you will be transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for connecting with your flight back home. |
